school sucks! oh wells.
maroon 5's conc was on tues!! arrrrhh. could have gone actually, cos i realised tt night i dun have tut. but by the time i went to sistic, only single seats were left! just as well... but still... maroon 5!! i so love their songs. anw on thur, i read the review in Life! that the conc was only 75 min long instead of the stipulated 2 hrs. its pretty short for a concert so not really worth my money in the 1st place. blessing in disguise?
wed was really tiring.
we went to amk, CBD and somerset for filming and i shdnt have worn heels (the girls were supposed to wear OL attire cos we will cameo for a little while. but for tt few min, i probably over dressed). plus, i was lugging the tripod for half of the time. super heavy. feet was screaming. had to walk ALOT. and nearing the end of the day, fala and i kinda refused to carry the tripod so poor joon yong had to carry BOTH camera and tripod AFTER filming the whole day (he was the main and only lead). he's such a pro. he bravely did what we wantd him to do, like stand there and do nothing for 5 min in the middle of the crowd for qt a number of scenes (to get the fast forward effect). ppl were staring at him, wondering why he was not moving, esp at the traffic junction. and the police passed by a few times. thankfully we look pretty decent. >.
CDB was really a hive of activity in the afternoon. literally ppl pouring out of every building. very happening. jy's fren working in nearby tokyo bank dropped by during our filming and we went for lunch tgt. he brought us to a nearby food court and this is when we experienced firsthand the legend of lunching in raffles place. DO NOT go for lunch without a packet of tissue paper. yes its true. it does not only happen in the hawker centers. and there's a code to it. if the packet is only on one table that is joined by other tables, means only 2 ppl are occupying it. if the packet is in the center, means every seat is occupied. we ignorant uni students din noe that and we were wondering if we could take the other seats initially. jy's friend enlightened us and told us confidently that the other 4 seats weren't occupied. true enuf, 2 ladies soon came back with their food.
it is such mannerisms that make me reallllyyyyyy dun wanna work in CBD. the trappings of the office.
after lunch, we headed down to somer. we shot a few minor scenes while waiting for elyn's friend, samson, to come down and cameo. the midday sun was unleashing its full power by now. anw, samson did this really cool "graffiti" thing for our shoot.

after wrapping up, we headed to cine for a much needed aircon break and had a mini chit chat session. think we stayed there for about an hour? we left shortly after samson went off. after which, fala and i accompanied jy to search for a bday present for his crush. he was still lugging the equipment. oops. tts the prblem when ure the only guy in the grp. we almost got him to buy this pretty nice Guess wallet but he din in the end cos the salesgirl's service sucked. this is what happened. the wallet was white and it was a litte dirty so he asked for another piece. and this salesgirl told him that it will get dirty anw! like what??!! its so obvious he's getting it for a gift. if its for himself, i guess its slightly ok but what kinda attitude is that? in the end he went home and went out to mustafa to get the fossil watch we all liked when we went to the fossil shop. i think everyone shd all shop at mustafa. the fossil watch was selling at 175 at heeren. guess how much it is in mustafa? 140!! (or is it 145??) well either way the price difference is huuuuuge!!! luckily he din buy it then.
ok anw i went home after that, bathed, slept and never got outta the bed till the next morning. >. shooting was soo exhausting, i wonder how the pros do it everyday.

only unwrapped the present when i got home and i was pleasantly surprised/exhilarated. they got me my want-for-very-long gucci envy me scent. 100ml somemore! teehee. THANKS GUYS! i can strike it off my list alr. -beams- =))))))
friday, 3219 lecture ended after only 45 min. but that was after she gave us another assignment. urghs. went to find fala to collect the lighting kit. it was damn heavy to carry around so i took a cab home. xD but the prblem of taking cabs to and fro is that u must be really specific in telling the cabbies where to go if not they'll take u to dunno what route. rahs. y dun they know the fastest way from sch to my hse??!! is it that hard?? it can be every cab i take it will be a different route.

anw napped for awhile and headed to ruth's bday party with bliss and jas. only emmi, cheryl and ruijun from our class went unfortunately. and midway thru, received a forwarded msg from tze. the msg was from susan lim asking all the sn girls to come down immed to boost the numbers for the homecoming run. like oh my gosh. cant blame us for not going down even tho we were pretty near. totally wrong attire. ruth was the head prefect somemore. hah. i'll just go for the funfair. xD
