- dinner with acid @ great world
- Night Festival @ National Museum where we saw some pretty cool performances involving a dancer in a tub of water and ballerinas, piano, a pirate ship and a huge ball suspended in mid air. AND of cos... with free entry to the museum, we witnessed...
(and all the guys out there can heave a sigh of relief)
i like the patterns on the statue though. its flowery oriental chic.
And tucked at the back of the museum was this little al fresco cafe with live band! the singer has really raspy deep voice which adds a zing of sexiness to the songs he sings. hurhur.
while waiting for the next performance to start, we popped over to smu to have waffles. well, not me but puay and bliss. by the time we left, it was midnight. and the crowd was still going strong. the allure of free performances. =D

PERM my hair... yes, again!
took me almost 3 hours to do treatment/perm. thank goodness we could go off early which solved the problem of me finding a good time to perm.
anw i hate going to salons to do all these stuff cos the hairdresser will bunch up my hair entirely, leaving my pudgy face exposed. i reckon i'll look pretty ugly botak.
im nothing without my hair.

out with jas and aly @ clarke quay
checked out barfly, and upon learning that they din have any drinks promotion, we left. they even stopped having live bands. pity.
after which, we stationed at gotham bcos i haven been there before and we were adamant on going to places that had free entry. it was a really weird place. the music was not bad but the dancefloor seems to have trouble filling up with people. a couple of times, we ended up being the only ones dancing (gotham seems to attract an older much older crowd and lotsa indians). throughout the night, it had dance performances from a dance group called Odyssey from Johannesburg. Occasionally, they'll dance to some really cheesy songs with cheesy moves and other times, they actually do some pretty cool dancing. but it was really breaking the momentum as everyone had to stop and start and stop and start dancing on the floor...
anw...i got HIT ON BY ONE OF THE INDIANS! he was like, i wanna introduce you to my cousin. and his cousin is really short. couldnt be bothered to look closely at his face. and the guy asked me, "yes or no? just say it." i was then speechless and just gave him a pathetic smile and waved him away. er..sorry for being so unfriendly but.. this is just...weird... yes gotham is weird. dun think i wanna go back there! 0.o
