im attempting to be on a diet.
note: ATTEMPT
for one, im trying to cut down on carbs and stop eating so much junk (too many snacks in the office alrr...argh)
but its hard bcos i have bread every morning. all the refined carbs in it kinda irks me but no choice... its my breakfast.
and its hard to run away from carbs... almost every main course has some form of carbs... rice... noodles... potatoes... so i usually refrain from eating rice or noodles in my meals. but i lovee potatoes so its a little hard to quit that.
i skipped lunch today. ate a little bit of fruits. was super hungry the rest of the day.
and out of nowhere, xavier ate a bun at ard 4pm... the smell of the fillings made it worse for me. rahs.
ANW, i'll see how long this diet of mine lasts. im determined to make it last for at least 2 weeks!
exercising is tough for me bcos well, i hate exercising. besides, im too stoned to move after work. this sat, i will be playing badminton! be prepared for another ache-y week...
