ok! i spent relatively alot at ydae's ACID's outing cum puay's farewell.

1) Movie $8 - Eastern Promises
the movie was really nice with all the Russian Mafia and their exotic accented English but some parts were really gross bcos they ARE mafia and thou must doth violence. i hid behind puay's furry coat for one gory scene. ^^
anw the funny thing was i went into the theatre without knowing the movie title or what the movie is abt bcos i was JUST IN TIME (not late, mind you). and when the credits rolled and the lights turned on, only then i dug out the stub and announced to puay (the innocent latecomer) as well.
THANKS BLISS! it was an enjoyable movie tho it was unsettling at times. i love such shows. =)

2) Dessert@Dome $6.50
after the movie, puay was hungry so we went to dome and eat..i ate a rather awful hotdog in the theatre so i ordered a cake only, which is not v nice either not bcos its not NOT nice but bcos its the 1st time im ordering just to try it. its carrotcake btw. i noe i shd have ordered more conventional cheescake. i regretted it.

3) Espirit $35 with discount
puay went to buy a furry winter jacket there and i shun bian went to shop too.

4) Threading of eyebrows $5
one word: OUCH!
much more painful than the 1st time but puay said its better bcos my hair wun grow out so fast. a tear was on the verge of popping out tho. thank God it din.

5) Fondue@Haagen Dazs $18
yep. its heaven. esp with the safe ol' mashmallows and the waffles! although they took a really long time to serve and one half of the fondue was choc mint(which all of us din like). =(
