hurhur. its time to inject some life into this half dead bloggie.

anw just came back from taiwan on sat. (yes i finally got to go there after years of saying!)
and i realised that the golden horse awards was on the night we reached tw and there were like banners welcoming people in the airport. how grand aye.

overall the whole trip was tiring. din slp early but had to wake up at 6am. it was crazyyyy. for this i blame it on tw's tv. there are soooooooooooooooo many channels its mind boggling. at any one time, there can be 3 or more variety shows that are hosted by jackie wu.  plus most hotels have HBO so sleep is mostly thrown out of the window. =X

for the record, with the exception of taipei, the rest of taiwan was like sg weather minus the humidity. u can totally wear berms, slippers or shorts. and taipei is cold because of the strong winds. brr.
din really buy much also bcos its winter but at least i din come home empty handed. bought 2 jeans, a top and misc accessories. i love the jeans! i bought it at a wonderful store called bluestar exchange which is -surprise surprise- a subsidiary of giordano. they do on the spot alteration which takes abt 15 min only.
and regretfully, we only spent about one day in taipei.. which is absolutely not enough time.
I WANNA GO BACK THERE!
