japan!

this week has been a busy week !
hm lemme recap for the past 2 days.
went cycling at ubin on sat!!
it was a 1st experience for me...given tt im not a very outdoorsy and sporty kinda person. hmmm.
but i really miss cycling...and there arent many places which have practically empty roads and downslopes to whee by~
cycling at ecp is a killer. so much traffic, human and bikes.
really enjoyed the workout..
i can feel it from my buttache!! hahaaa. its still aching~ gotta be careful when i sit down. =D

and i made the mistake of wearing heels today...
walked so much tt my feet is still cramping!!
ouch ouch.
i need a foot massage....=/

and finally sunday is here.....
which means...
im flying off to japan tmr!!
yes yes dun miss me.
will be back on mon nite! =)))
